FSN Capital announces partner promotion of Moritz Hafner

FSN Capital Partners (“FSN Capital”) is proud to announce the election of Moritz Hafner to partner, bringing FSN Capital’s partner group to 10 across offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Munich.

Moritz Hafner, based in Munich, joined the firm in 2020 as an Investment Director, following almost a decade of experience in investment banking in London and New York. As part of FSN Capital’s 25-person team in Munich, he has played a key role in developing FSN Capital’s track record in the DACH region, where the firm has had an active presence since 2017. He was instrumental in the acquisitions of the German embedded software tools provider TASKING, German bakery chain Bäcker Görtz, and Dutch IT services company ilionx, as well as strategic add-on acquisitions across the portfolio. Currently, Moritz is the responsible Pointperson for the investments made in e-commerce bathroom retailer Swash Group and global pharmaceutical CDMO Adragos Pharma.

As a dual German and Swiss citizen, Moritz will continue to lead transactions in the DACH region and work closely with portfolio companies of the FSN Capital Funds. In addition, Moritz leads FSN Capital’s Industrials sector sourcing group across Northern Europe.
